If you've previously used Facebook to log into your Submittable account and no longer want to sign in this way (or if you've deleted your Facebook account), you can follow these steps to ensure that you can sign into your Submittable account directly.
Begin the workflow to sign up for a new account:
Go to https://manager.submittable.com/signin and click Sign Up.
Enter the email address you used to set up your Facebook account, along with your First and Last names and a Display name.
Click Continue.
Add your password. Click Continue.
Click Continue on the prompt that notifies you of a secondary account with this email address. Example:
Check your email. Copy the verification code you receive.
Return to the verification screen and enter the code.
You now have an email and password to use. You may also use the Facebook button to sign in.
