Shareable Reviews enable level 4 and 5 administrators to share reviews—or portions of reviews—with submitters. Organizations can share reviews individually from within the Submission Details, or in bulk from the Submission List page.
How to enable Shareable Reviews
Go to Forms > Review Forms.
When creating a review form, mark each field you want to make shareable. Every review form field includes an option to Make Shareable. Check this box for any fields that you plan to share later:
Shareable fields will have an eye icon next to them. Both form creators and reviewers will see the icon and know that the information they're providing could be sent to the submitter.
Share single reviews with submitters
Once reviews have been submitted and you are ready to share them, click to open a submission in your Submissions List. Click the Reviews tab to the right of the submission. Below the review data, click the 'Share review with submitter' link.
A dialog box will appear, displaying the message the submitter will receive when you share the review. Click the edit icon in the upper right corner if you'd like to edit the message:
Share reviews in bulk
To share reviews from multiple submissions at once, select the submissions in the submissions list.
Admins will not be able to edit the basic message that accompanies these reviews.
Submitters will receive an email notification that reviews have been shared.
Sharing reviews cannot be done using "all matching results" on the submission list. It will only work for the visible submissions on the active page. To see more rows of submissions, adjust the number at the bottom of the page.
After selecting submissions, click the Other dropdown, then Share Review(s):
After a review has been shared, you will see a record of the event in the Activity column:
What submitters see
Submitters will receive a notification by email that reviews have been shared with them:
Shared reviews do not reveal the reviewers' names; instead, they use indicators such as Reviewer 1 and Reviewer 2, along with the shareable review. This view is from the submitter's account:
