Impact Reports are a convenient way to generate quick and simple aggregate views of your form data from any project that has received submissions. They show pre-formatted views of responses that help you understand the effects of your project in a pie chart, bar chart, or column views, and can be used with either initial or additional forms.
Generate an Impact Report
In the Project dropdown selector, select the name of the project for which you want to generate an impact report, then select the name of the form within that project. You will have the option to select the initial form associated with the project, or any additional forms. The report will be automatically generated when these selections are made.
Overview
At the top of your page, you will see the following set of simple statistics: the number of questions on the form, the number of responses you received, the completion rate, and the most skipped-over questions (if responses were not required).
Questions: Number of fillable fields in your form.
Responses: Total number of submissions to your form.
Completion rate: Percentage of completed submissions to unsubmitted drafts.
Most skipped questions: Unrequired fields that are skipped by submitters the most.
Below these numbers, the questions on your form will appear with pre-configured visualization options to view your response data.
