Submittable

A hidden <a href="https://submittable.help/en/articles/3680046-how-do-i-create-a-project" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Project</a> will not be displayed on your public-facing Submittable page; it will only be accessible via a direct link. To make a form hidden, open the Project you'd like to make hidden. Click on the General Settings tab, then check the "Hidden" checkbox.

Once you have saved the Project, you can copy the direct link by clicking the link icon in the Project list, or clicking on the Direct link hypertext beneath the Hidden checkbox. ​

Note: A hidden Project must also be marked Live and its expiration date must either be current or blank for submitters to be able to access and complete it. The Live checkbox is found under the General Settings tab for all Projects.
