Before you begin this Zapier update, you’ll first need to confirm that you are on the v4 API. Navigate to More>Integrations>API Access in your Submittable account. You should see "v4 API (read/write)" and a link to the API Documentation.
If you do not see "V4 API (read/write)," contact your Customer Success team for support. It should look like this:

Update Zapier
First, navigate to Zapier.
One at a time, click on each active Zap.
Click ‘Edit Zap’ in the top right corner.
Click on the Trigger.
At this point, you will see the note to complete the update. It will look something like this:
Follow the prompts to reset your Trigger and Action. Do NOT use the version that is labeled "Legacy." It will look like this:
Follow the prompts to confirm that the workflow and desired actions are accurately configured in your Zap.
To finalize the update, retest the Trigger and Action in Zapier to ensure your newly configured Zap functions correctly.
Please note: If you do not complete this update by June 30th, your existing Zapier apps will turn off, which may disrupt your critical data collection or workflows.
