Thinking about signing up for Submittable's Basic subscription?  Here are some answers to frequently asked questions.

How do I sign up?

Select your plan here and click the Start Today button. We'll ask you for billing and some basic information to set up your account. 

Basic plans include a 14 day trial during which will immediately be able to start setting up forms and accepting submissions. You will not be charged until the end of the trial. 

How does the free 14 day trial work?

Basic plans include a 14 day free trial. Your card will not be charged until this trial is completed. You may cancel at any time before the trial is over and you will not be charged. If you don't cancel within the trial period, you'll be charged for the plan you selected. To cancel your account within the 14 day trial period, follow the instructions provided in this help article.

When am I billed by Submittable?

Your billing cycle will begin on the day your 14 day trial ends. For example, if your trial ends on the 10th of a month, you will be billed on the 10th of every month for monthly plans, or on the same date of the following year for annual plans. 

CHOOSING YOUR PLAN

What is the difference between the annual and monthly plans?

Annual plans at $999/year offer up to 16% savings by paying for a complete year subscription. You can also opt to pay on a monthly basis with a year commitment, for a cost of $99/month. Or, pay monthly with no commitment beyond each month for $119/month.

CHANGING YOUR PLAN

Can I change from a monthly to an annual plan? 

Yes! You can change from a monthly to an annual plan from within your account plan settings.

I’m not sure how many submissions I’ll need. What happens if I exceed my plan’s limit?

Submittable alerts you when your organization’s account approaches 80% of its submission capacity.

If you do exceed your submission limit, any open forms will automatically become inactive and be unavailable to submitters. If this happens, please contact our account management team here to discuss plan upgrade options.

The features I want aren’t offered in these plans. Can I create a custom plan? 

Yes! Plans with advanced or custom features are available. Please contact our sales team for pricing.
