How can I pay my Submittable invoice by credit card?

Click on the link near the end of the email sent with your invoice Click Here to Pay Your Invoice. You will be taken to a separate page where you can enter your card information, save it for future use, and pay your invoice. There are NO FEES associated with paying your invoice by credit card.

What does my Past Due billing banner mean?

If an account is 1+ days past due on an invoice, this banner will appear for all team members, but not submitters. Workflow is not impeded in any way:

If an account is 60+ days past due on an invoice, team members cannot log in. Any live opportunities are still able to accept submissions without interruption. This banner will appear to all team members:

If an account is 90+ days past due, team members cannot log in. Live opportunities are closed. Submitters will see that the organization is not currently accepting submissions. This banner will appear to all team members:

If an account is 120+ days past due, it is cancelled and all team members remain locked out. Submitters will see that the organization is not currently accepting submissions. This banner will appear to all team members:
