To send a message to multiple submitters at once:

  1. Log in to your account and go to your organization's Submissions List page.

  2. Click the checkbox(es) to the left of each submitter you want to contact. To select all the submitters showing on the page at once, click Select __ on page. To select all the submissions filtered in your list view, click Select all __ matching results:

  3. Click the Send Message button at the top of your Submissions List.

  4. Fill out the requested information in the messaging dialog box that appears. Use a response template if desired, or type a unique message.

  5. Click Send Message(s).
