To send a message to multiple submitters at once:

  1. Log in to your account and go to your organization's Submissions List page

  2. Click the checkbox(es) to the left of each submitter you want to contact. To select all the submitters showing on the page at once, click the larger checkbox at the top left of your Submissions List.

  3. Click the Message button at the top of your Submissions List.

  4. Fill out the the requested information in the messaging dialog box that appears. Use a response template if desired, or type a unique message. You may optionally attach a file as well. 

  5. Click Send Message(s).
