Organizations can duplicate an existing submission form to use it as a starting point for a new form.
- Sign in to your organization's account and click on Forms in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- On the Forms page, find the form you wish to duplicate and click the Duplicate button to the right of the form's name.
- Enter the name of the new form. Then, click Duplicate Form.
- All settings and form fields from the original form will be copied over to the new form. Click on the new form to make edits to it as needed.
