Submittable can process a refund of your submission fee if the request comes from the organization that you've submitted to within six months of submitting your work.
To request a refund, click on the title of the submission in your list and select the "Messages" tab. If the organization allows messaging, you'll see a black button that reads "New Message."
If the organization does not allow messaging, we recommend visiting the organization's website or social media pages to find contact information. To protect data privacy, Submittable does not give out contact information for the organizations that use our platform.
