Video files submitted in raw codec formats are not supported by the Amazon transcoding service that Submittable currently uses. The system will display Transcode Error when a team member attempts to view a video file in these formats.
The file can be downloaded to be viewed.
If a file is re-saved in a different codec format and uploaded into a submission, the system will automatically try to transcode the new video file when a user clicks to view it.
