To batch accept or decline submissions, go to your submission list and select submissions by checking the boxes to the left of any submission in the list. To select all submissions shown on the page, check the larger checkbox at the top left. (Tip: you can scroll down to the bottom of your submission list to choose the number of submissions per page in your list—from 5 to 500 per page).
Click the Accept or Decline button in the toolbar. A dialog box will appear where you can select a response template to populate the email message that will be sent to the submitter or add your desired message.
You can optionally attach a file to the message and choose the email address that you would like the email message to be sent from. Add an internal note if you'd like, then click to send.
