To batch accept or decline submissions, go to your Submissions List and select submissions by checking the check-boxes to the left of any submission in the list. To select all submissions shown on the page, check the larger checkbox at the top left of the list in the tool bar. (Tip: you can scroll down to the bottom of your Submission List to choose to show different numbers of submissions per page in your list - from 5 to 500 per page.).
Click the Accept or Decline button in the tool bar. A dialog box will appear where you can select a Response Template to populate the email message that will be sent to the submitter(s), or simply paste in your desired email text.
Optionally attach a file to the email(s) and choose the email address that you would like the email message to be sent from. Add an internal note if you'd like and then click the button at the bottom of the dialog box to change the status of the selected submission(s) to Accepted or Declined, and send the email(s).
