Submittable enables organizations to choose whether or not to allow submitters to add notes to their submissions. Notes are an easy way for submitters to contact organizations regarding a particular submission.
To allow a submitter to leave notes
1. Under the More dropdown menu, select Account.
2. In the Profile section, scroll down to the Enable Submitter Notes checkbox. If you would like to enable submitters to leave notes, check this box. Otherwise, leave it unchecked.
3. Even if this setting is left unchecked, the submitter can add a note, if a member of the organization has previously entered a note that is visible to the submitter.
