You can email multiple submitters at once with our batch email feature, which is available to Premier-level plans and up.
To send a batch email
1. Log in to your account and use the Search Filters in the Submissions List to limit your list to the submitters you wish to email.
2. Click the checkbox next to the submitters whom you want to email. To select all the submitters showing on the page at once, click the checkbox at the top left of your Submissions List.
3. Click the batch email envelope icon at the top of your Submissions List.
4. In the batch email dialog box, enter your subject line and type your email message, using a response template if preferred. Optionally attach a file, and choose the sender email address. Then, click Send Email(s).
