To batch accept or decline submissions, go to your Submissions tab and select submissions by checking the check-boxes on the left hand side of the list. To select all submissions shown on the page, check the box in the gray label bar (at the top of the list). (Tip: Scroll down to the bottom of your submission list to choose to show 100 submissions per page, allowing you to process 100 submissions at a time).
Click the Accept button or Decline button. A dialog box will appear where you can select a Response Template to populate the email message that will be sent to the submitter or simply paste in the email text. Read more about Response Templates.
Optionally attach a file to the email and choose the email address that you would like the email message to be from. Add an internal note if you'd like and then click the button to change the status of the submission to Accepted or Declined and send the email.
