The Program Insights Dashboard offers metrics and visualizations for submissions, drafts, submission status, labels, and eligibility for easy program monitoring.
Access the Program Insights Dashboard
Levels 4 and 5 can navigate to the dashboard by clicking Data Portal at the top of the screen:
Click the Program Insights link. On the right, you'll see when the dashboard was last updated:
Select a Project to load its dashboard:
Review Dashboard Modules
The top row displays three metrics:
Total Submissions Received: Displays the total number of submissions currently made to the project. It does not include ineligible submissions or draft submissions.
Draft Submissions: Displays the total number of submissions currently in draft form in applicant accounts.
Ineligible Submissions: Displays the total number of draft submissions that ended when ineligible responses were entered.
Each of the remaining six modules displays different data:
Submissions by Status: Displays the number of submissions within the project in each status.
Label Usage: Displays how many submissions in the project have a particular label applied.
Draft Submission Progress: Displays the number of form fields in draft submissions that have been completed so far.
Draft Submission Progress by Form Field: Displays the number of draft submissions that have added a response to each form field within the draft initial form.
Submitter Eligibility by Form Field: Displays the number of eligible and ineligible responses to each form field within the eligibility form and the corresponding eligibility status (eligible or ineligible). The Charity Check form field is not currently available for this module.
Submitter Eligibility by Form Field Option: Displays the number of submissions that chose each option for the form fields in the eligibility step and the corresponding eligibility status (eligible or ineligible). The Charity Check form field is not currently available for this module.
Download Results
To download the results of a visualization, click the three dots in the upper right corner:
Choose from the list of six different file types to download a copy to your device.
To return to your submission list view, click Data Portal in the upper left corner and select "Submittable":
