Group Assignments

Create and assign Groups to review your organization's submissions.

Submittable enables organizations to create reviewer groups from a list of team members, which can then be assigned to submissions. Β 

Create a Group

1. Go to More>Team.

2. On the Manage Team page, click the Groups tab, then Create Group.

3. Enter a Group Name, then select team members for the Group from the dropdown selection list. Save your changes.

Assign a Group

1. From the Submissions List, select the submissions you want to assign to the Group:

Note: Group assignments cannot be made to "all matching results" on the submission list. It will only work for the visible submissions on the active page. To see more rows of submissions, adjust the number at the bottom of the page.

2. Click Assign at the top of the list. Groups will appear at the top of the dropdown list. Select the Group and/or individual reviewers you want to assign, then Done.

3. You can also assign groups through the Review Workflow of a Project, and by using the randomizing feature.

Note: When you assign a group, it assigns the individuals in the group at the time of assignment. If you change the members of the group later, it will not automatically update any previously group-assigned submissions.
