You can deactivate a team member without completely removing them from your team. Inactive team members cannot be assigned to submissions, but you can reactivate them anytime.
After you make a team member inactive, you will be able to fill their team spot by inviting another team member.
To Deactivate a Team Member:
1. Click More > Team:
2. Scroll to find the name of the team member you'd like to make inactive:
3. Uncheck the Active box:
After you've deactivated a team member:
The number of team members will be reduced.
Reviews they completed will remain, along with their name.
Submissions will no longer be assigned to them.
If the team member is reactivated, they will be automatically reassigned to submissions.
If the team member is reactivated, their name will reappear on reviews they completed in the past.
Reactivating team members will NOT reassign them to previously assigned submissions.
