With the Assignments feature, you can assign submissions to team members and invite team members to your organization's account, all within the Assignments window.
Assign multiple submissions to team members
1. In your submissions list view, use the search filters to locate submissions by specific search criteria. Select the checkboxes next to the submissions you'd like to assign.
2. Click the Assign button at the top of the list.
3. In the Assignments window, below the "Search by name or email" box, click on the name of any existing team member to whom you'd like to assign the submission. The number of submissions assigned to that team member, their permission level, and their title will show next to their name.
To assign all of your organization's current and future team members to these submissions, click Entire Team.
Use the search box to find existing team members by name, email address, or permission level, or to invite and assign new team members by email address. Click on their name or email address to assign them.
To unassign a team member, click the X next to their name.
Click Done at the top of the Assignments window.
4. Team members will receive an email notifying them about their assigned submissions. They can then sign in to review, comment on, and rate their assignments.
5. You can also auto-assign team members to incoming submissions for a specific form.
Please note: Assigning reviewers cannot be done using "all matching results" on the submission list. It will only work for the visible submissions on the active page. To see more rows of submissions, adjust the number at the bottom of the page.
Assign a single submission to team members in the submission's details page
1. In your Submissions List, click the name of the submission to go to its details page.
2. In the submission details page, click the Assign button at the top of the screen.
3. In the Assignments window, below the "Search by name or email" box, click on the name of any existing team member to whom you'd like to assign the submission. The number of submissions assigned to that team member, their permission level, and their title will show next to their name.
To assign all of your organization's current and future team members to the submission, click Entire Team.
Use the search box to search for the name, email address, or permission level of existing team members.
To unassign a team member, click the X next to their name.
Click Done in the upper right-hand corner of the Assignments window or click outside the Assignments window to save your changes.
4. Team members will receive an email notifying them about their assigned submission. They can then sign in to review, comment on, and rate their assignments.
5. Follow the steps to auto-assign team members to incoming submissions for a specific form.
Submissions with more than one reviewer assigned will appear as Multiple Team Members under the Assigned column of the Submissions list. Clicking there will reveal the individual team members.
