Submitters in different time zones will see your deadlines in relation to your organization's designated time zone.

When setting up your organization's account Public Profile, you will designate a time zone for your organization.

When you select a time zone, your form/project expiration times will occur in that time zone. So, for example, if your organization's profile is designated to Mountain Time (MT), and you set your call deadline to 1 pm on a particular day, your call will expire at 1 pm MT. Submitters in Pacific Time (PT) will see the call as expiring at 12 pm on that day. Submitters in Eastern Time (ET) will see the call expiring at 3 pm on that day. Submitters in Hawaii Time (HT) will see the call expiring at 9 am.
