How do I sign in to Submittable?

You can sign in to your Submittable account at manager.submittable.com/login. Once you’ve entered your email address and password, click Submissions. If you’ve lost or forgotten your password, follow the instructions here. If you need to create a Submittable account, here’s what to do.

I can’t sign in to my account.

Be sure to double-check that your email and password are correct. If you’ve lost or forgotten your password, help is close at hand. Do you have multiple accounts? This can make signing in more confusing. If you’re still having trouble, you can also try signing in with Google or Facebook.

Do I qualify for this opportunity?

Many organizations will include eligibility criteria on their submission form and website—but some don’t. If you’ve already searched and are still uncertain, we recommend reaching out to the organization directly. Submittable can help you with technical questions about the submission process but more qualification and/or process questions are best directed to the organization you’re submitting to.

How do I upload a file?

To upload a file, either drag and drop your file or select “Choose file(s).” If you run into trouble, try a laptop or desktop computer, as file uploads may not work as well on some mobile devices. Double-check your file type and extension, and update your browser or try a different one (e.g., Chrome, Firefox). Learn more.

Where is my submission draft?

Once you’ve started a submission, you’ll find a draft inside your account under the Saved Drafts tab. Click Continue inside the draft you want to work on. Learn more.

How do I make a payment with my submission?

When organizations charge a fee, or you’ve made a purchase or donation, you’ll need to enter or confirm payment information before submitting. If you run into trouble with one form of payment, please try another card or use PayPal. If a card is declined, please contact your bank or credit card company. Please note: Stripe, our payment processor, does not accept prepaid or gift cards.

Where do I find more information about this opportunity?

If you need additional information about an opportunity before submitting, it’s always best to visit the organization’s website or reach out to them directly. While Submittable is here to support you with technical questions regarding the submission process, our software is used by thousands of organizations and each one’s opportunities are unique.
